How I can configure my PC for 16-bit Windows Vista?
I configure my computer to operate at 16 bits instead of 32-bit Windows Vista on my laptop. I know how to do this step, but when you restart the computer, says that Windows has automatically run at 32 bits, how I can prevent this reset?

The use of double-byte characters in September
