What is the warrant of cordless drills and batteries?
I bought about a year ago only for domestic use as both do not work.
The warranty on most items is one year, but it is sometimes 2. You will need the documentation that comes with drill and the receipt. Then you can take it back to the place of purchase. On the other hand, if you do not have the paperwork or reception you can try sending an email the manufacturer and will be able to tell how much it would cost to repair, or maybe an idea of how it could get to work yourself. There can be only one faulty connection in the charger. Or, you may have injured himself, leaving him in office for too long.
