Why 2001 Husqvarna WR 125 crank nut loose?
I bought a 2001 husquarvna wr125 and sucks the oil from the crankcase. I thought it should be the seal of the lever so I took it apart and the crank nut was loose. I replaced the red seal and used LockTight hammering the threads and crank nut 3 / 8 snap-in drive impact wrench. I rode a couple of times and the oil level is droping again. I guess the crank nut is loose again and I will disarm again this weekend. any suggestions on how to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.
this must be properly torqued using a torque wrench of torque. even then I could not stay torqued correctly if the wires have been stretched due to over torque at some point in time in the past. really need an owners manual or go through a bike shop that has certified mechanics to give the requirements for proper torque for your bike. I a KTM, which had a similar problem and ended up a nut with Loctite red again … I followed very closely every few hours on the hour counter.

Water pollution is the great enemy to your prized air impact wrench and other expensive air tools. The common misconception is that if you just drain the supply tank air in the air compressor of excess water, is the protection of your air-water damage. While emptying the air supply tank is good, only the preventing rust damage in the tank. The air outlet usually at the top of the tank and the water at the bottom it does not there to harm your impact wrench. So how does the water in your air lines and then your air tool? The answer is condensation. Condenses and accumulates in the air hoses and then travels to your air tool. Furthermore, on a cold winter morning the water that has accumulated in your air lines will freeze and cause even more damage. Water ice can break off and damaging the tools or even block the flow of air into the line. The solution to this problem is to install a water filter in the air hose. A good place to put it is the lower half of your air hose. It is of the form in which the use of impact wrench in your car and you're trying to get into a tight space. A small investment in a water filter will go a long to prolong the life of your expensive air tools.
Some users of air transport tool trying to compensate for the water that condenses in air lines using air tool oil designed to remove moisture. Beware of oils air tools that claims to clean, degrease and remove water. These types of oils contain isopropyl alcohol or some other solvents. These are destroyed or are rotting all stamps and rings or air tools. Marvel Mystery oil and similar products give you a quick fix for gummed-impact air wrench, but the improvement will be short lived. Over time eats the air separation tool and can cost a lot more money in the long term.
Contamination of soil, sand, sawdust – is the second threat to air tools. Many contractors diligently clean or change air filters of your air compressors, but still suffer damage by contamination of their air tools. Hose Couplings are the weak link in the chain. You may have an air compressor clean air delivery and then having Dirty air hose ruin before it reaches the air tool. Air hoses get dragged through dirt, mud, oily water etc. These pollutants are made in air hose and then to the tool. Using an air hose reel instead of loose air hoses, will keep out dirt and clean for the next work.
In line lubricator lubrication is essential to prolong the life of your valuable air impact wrench and increase productivity. A tool air that has not been properly lubricated will result in the production of low power. The usual culprit is a dry motor hungry for a little oil. Its impact is a key expensive investment and you should take the time to well lubricated. The easiest and fastest way to make online Surein is constantly grease lubricated is to install a lubricator in the oil line. One of them said their air tools are getting oil every time they are used. In line lubricators attach right on the air hose and fill with the correct lubricating oil. (see manufacturer's specifications.). You should also make routine external lubrication through grease fitting hammer case. A well-lubricated air impact wrench will deliver more torque, last longer, run quieter and increase productivity. Do not forget to add a greaser in line with its next impact wrench or air tool. It will pay for itself several times.
