Principle of operation of the spray impact
The spray impact is techno wings and hammers encased rotor-carrying swing, whizzed classifier for fineness regulation and blower fan mounted on a solid shaft. The raw material enters the hopper manually or automatic roll feeder and as food and the feeder pockets rotate falls into the grinding chamber. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces fine powder. The soil material carried to the classifier whizzed for clarification and refinement regulators (sorter whizzed) and returns to the grinding chamber more refuse to grind large particles. Classified then mixed material in the cyclone collection and bagging. A dust collector referred to in system to ensure dust-free operation without loss of soil dust.

Construction of spray impact
