Someone once used a drill with the bit attached to the mixing of bread dough? or an alternative to using commercial mixer?
I have a bread recipe that 6 loaves of bread … I no longer have a commercial mixer and was wondering if anyone has tried a Drill Bit attached to the mixing of the dough? I work in a restaurant and was surprised when the chef brought out a Mikita drill with a drill attached to a thick substance mixture. He said it was cheaper than a Hobart mixer.
I used a drill w / a paint mixer attachment to mix the dough … works well. But I would use in bread dough b / c of the mass is very hard. They can burn your drill. Maybe cut the recipe in half and make 3 loaves?
