We all want to believe that there is a faster way to get in shape. Something that will act as a magic cure that we will ALL lose fat, lose weight and look amazing. If you disagree, then you can only watch TV all night after 9pm. The airwaves are filled with new products, potions, pills and all that We promise that we will see as a supermodel in 4 weeks or less. Give me a break!
Look, you can get fit in a reasonable period of time. You can lose weight and feel good about using some of the products they see advertised, but there is no real shortcut. No matter what you do or try, you will work on this to achieve the results you want. I mean, if weight loss is just what you're after, then stop eating. Now, a starving, emaciated body can not be what you really after, but if you are simply the numbers of the scale, what does it matter? The way to lose muscle tone and keep the fat is the same now that hundreds of years ago. Old School for fat loss is the way forward.
